By accessing or using Bike Pulse Auction India's platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Important: All users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the security of their account credentials.

All bids placed on Bike Pulse Auction India are binding commitments to purchase. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted except under exceptional circumstances approved by our team.

Bidding Guidelines:

• Bids must be made in good faith with the intention to complete the purchase
• Each bid must exceed the current bid by the minimum increment specified
• Shill bidding (bidding on your own listings) is strictly prohibited
• Winning bidders must complete the transaction within the specified timeframe

All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway. We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers.

For winning bids, full payment must be completed within 48 hours of auction closing unless other arrangements have been made with the seller.

Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified in the listing. We provide verified shipping partners for pan-India delivery.

All motorcycles must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any damages must be reported immediately to our support team.

*Shipping insurance is recommended and can be arranged through our platform at an additional cost.
